“I've been to about 10 kickboxing classes here. I enjoy the variety of the workouts - these are **not** cardio kickboxing classes as another reviewer mentioned. Instead each class will be spent performing drills and strikes with a partner. It's a super good workout and you will learn actual technique (unlike other studios where you just hit a heavy bag the whole time). Also the studio is very nice.
