About Our Kids Programs
At Omne New York, we proudly offer martial arts training for children starting as young as 3 years old. Our youth programs are carefully structured by age and developmental stage to ensure every child learns in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.
Our programs include:
Mini Ninjas (Ages 3–4) – An introductory class focused on coordination, listening skills, balance, and having fun while learning the basics of movement and martial arts.
Little Ninjas (Ages 5–7) – Builds confidence, focus, and discipline while introducing foundational martial arts techniques and teamwork.
Beginners (Ages 7+) – Students begin developing stronger technical skills, self-discipline, and physical conditioning.
Intermediate & Advanced Classes – For students who have progressed in skill, dedication, and understanding of martial arts.
At Omne, there is plenty of room for growth and advancement. As students develop their skills and demonstrate leadership qualities, they may be invited by our instructors to join our Leadership Team or Competition Team, where they can train at a higher level and participate in martial arts competitions.
Beyond physical training, martial arts teaches respect, confidence, perseverance, and self-discipline. Our instructors serve as positive role models—mentors that children can trust and look up to as they grow. Just as importantly, Omne provides a supportive community where kids are encouraged to be themselves, challenge one another, and build lasting friendships.
We offer classes throughout the week, making it easy to find a schedule that works for your family.
