1. First Step: Create an Account
Save time by creating your account online before your first visit! Click the “Login/Sign Up“ link or at the top of the page.
Step 1 & 2 on the form is only for adults, parents, or guardians.
Step 3 is where you’ll add your child(ren), if applicable.
From the registration form, you can:

4. Liability Waiver & Agreement
All participants must complete a waiver before attending class. Save time by completing it online when you register. Once it’s submitted—you’re all set!
Before Your First Class
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early for your first class. This allows time to check in, ask any questions, and get properly set up before class begins.
What to Bring
Make sure you’re fully prepared with the right gear for your class:
Martial Arts (Belt Classes): Uniform and training gear are required.
Kickboxing / Muay Thai / MMA: Wrist wraps and gloves are mandatory for all adult classes.
Yoga / Pilates: Please bring your own yoga mat.
If you don’t have the necessary equipment, don’t worry—you can rent or purchase gear at the front desk.
Late Arrival Policy
For safety reasons, students will not be permitted to join class if they arrive more than 10 minutes late. Please plan accordingly.
Bringing Your Child for a Trial Class?
Here’s How to Get Ready for a Great First Experience!
Know Before You Go
1. What to Wear & Bring
For their first class, have your child wear comfortable, athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
2. Check-In Required
Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk. All students must be checked in before entering the studio areas. Students 10 minutes late will not be allowed to participate in class.
3. Stroller Parking
Strollers, scooters, and bikes must be parked in the designated area on the ground floor. These items are not allowed downstairs for fire safety.
4. Changing Areas
All students must use the changing rooms or bathrooms to change. Changing in the lobby, studios, or common areas is not permitted.
5. Safety First
To ensure a safe environment for all:
No running or horseplay in the facility
No climbing on stair rails
No using equipment without an instructor’s supervision
- All equipment and personal belongings must be in a locker or in a cubby.
6. Studio Access
Students may only enter the training area when invited in by an instructor. This helps maintain safety and respect for the training space.
7. Food Policy
No eating is allowed in the training areas unless it is part of a designated event.
8. Phone Use & Distractions
Please keep phone calls and loud games or conversations outside the studios during class times.
9. Shoes & Socks
Shoes are not allowed on the mats. Socks are optional—students may train barefoot if they prefer.
ABOUT OUR KIDS PROGRAMS
At Omne, we welcome children as young as 3 years old to begin their martial arts journey in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Our youth programs are thoughtfully designed for every age and stage of development:
- Mighty Ninjas ( Ages 2 to 3)
Mini Ninjas (Ages 3–4)
Little Ninjas (Ages 5–7)
Beginners (Ages 7+)
Intermediate & Advanced Training (Ages 7+)
As students progress, they’ll have the opportunity to join our elite Leadership Team or our Competition Team, where they can take their training to the next level—both on and off the mat.
Martial arts teaches kids more than just techniques—it builds confidence, focus, discipline, and resilience. Our instructors are trusted role models who help guide students to become their best selves.
Classes run seven days a week, and our studio is more than just a place to train—it’s a community where kids are encouraged to grow, support one another, and have fun.

Preparing for Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Muay Thai & MMA at Omne
Know Before You Go
1. Create Your Account
If you haven’t already, please create your Omne account online. This will allow you to sign waivers, add family members, enter payment info, and more.
2. What to Bring

No shoes on the mats. Socks are not required (and not recommended).

Wear comfortable athletic clothing.

Gear rentals and purchases are available at the front desk.
3. Class Reservations
Reserve your spot online here in advance. Arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in, ask questions, and get ready.
4. Changing Rooms & Lockers
All students must change in the locker rooms—changing in the lobby or studios is not allowed.
Use a designated locker for your belongings. Do not leave items in restrooms. (Omne is not responsible for lost or stolen items.)
5. Studio Etiquette

Only enter a studio to warm up if no other class is in session.

No eating in studio areas.

No loud phone calls, disruptive games, or conversations during class time.
Which Striking or MMA Class Is Right for You?
Our striking programs combine Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA fundamentals. Classes are divided by experience level so everyone trains at the right pace.
Level 1 – Striking & MMA Foundations
Perfect for beginners and new members. You’ll learn the basics of kickboxing and Muay Thai while improving fitness, burning calories, and having fun.
Level 2 – Striking & MMA Intermediate
For students with 6–12 months of training or who pass the Level 2 test.

Must know the six basic boxing combos, basic kicks, and pad-holding techniques.

Faster pace, more complex combos, partner drills, and intro to sparring.
Level 3 – Striking & MMA Advanced / Fighters
For advanced students or those interested in competition.

Must complete Level 1 & 2 or have instructor approval.

Focused on fight prep, technical drilling, and real-world applications.

Full gear required: 16oz gloves, wrist wraps, shin guards, headgear, and mouthguard.
MMA: Mixed Martial Arts Program
Our MMA classes combine Grappling, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai in a safe, structured environment.
While we don’t award belts, students receive certificates of progression and can pursue a spot on the Omne Fight Team.
Great for students who want to compete or experience the real intensity of MMA without getting hurt.
Omne Martial Arts Belt Program (OMA)
Want to earn your black belt? Our belt program is based on Kaju Bujutsu Kwai (KBK)—a hybrid system blending Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, and Self-Defense.
Promotions, Attire & Requirements:

Promotions every 3–6 months, based on attendance, participation, and instructor readiness.

The Black Belt journey takes ~5 to 7 years.

Uniform: Black gi bottoms with Omne compression tops or rash guards and the appropriate belt.

Advanced students may wear MMA or Muay Thai shorts.

Preparing For a Yoga or Pilates Class
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
- Preparing: If you haven’t created an account yet, please get started by creating an account online here. There are no shoes in the studio. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water and your mat. If you need to rent a mat we one available for rent.
- Reserving: Please reserve your spot before arriving. You can reserve your spot online here. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your class time to check-in, ask questions and prepare.
- Changing: All students must change in the locker rooms. Students cannot change in the lobby or studios.
- Lockers: Please place all of your belongings in a designated locker in the locker area. Please do not leave your belongings in the bathrooms. (Omne is not at fault for lost or stolen items.)
- Warming Up: For safety and the respect of the training area and other students, students can only enter a studio to start warming up if there are no other classes going on at that time.
- Food: Eating in the studios is not allowed
- Phones: Loud phone calls or disruptive games or chatter isn’t permitted in the studio.
